OK So I Decided….

Good Morning All!

I made a decision last evening to do a few things. 1. Stick with advice and recipes on this blog for 5 of the 6 days of the week. I know there are 7 but not for me anymore. I will take Sundays off from blogging. Well, except for today of course.  🙂

So for 5 of 6 blogging days of the week. I will share tips, advice, news, success stories, customer testimonials, new recipes, how-to’s and more!

So let’s kick off this new resolution with a few great testimonials and 4 count ’em 4 easy to do home-spa recipes for the Fall!

Woo Hoo!! and all this before coffee! 🙂

First some customer testimonials from my store on Bonanza.com

OK Now For The Recipes Yeah!!

Lavender is always great any time of year. It’s natural antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties help to cleanse skin as the milk in the bath gently sloughs away dead skin cells as it is a type of natural alpha hydroxy agent – It is a lactic acid type of alpha hydroxy. Milk products also are rich in vitamins A&D these vitamins contribute greatly to soft, yet strong and supple skin.

Lavender Milk Bath

1 c. powdered milk
2-3 drops lavender oil

Mix and add to bath and enjoy!

Apple Cider Vinegar Bath

Add 2 Cups of Apple Cider Vinegar to Warm Bath, Relax and Enjoy!

This helps relieve sore muscles, itchy skin, and sunburn. Apple cider vinegar helps to draw toxins out of the body. It is an alpha hydroxy acid and helps to gently slough away dead skin cells to reveal new fresh healthy cells for a radiant glow. It is also naturally deodorizing, antiseptic and antifungal.

Wear Your Breakfast Face Mask

1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
1/4 cup buttermilk

Add the buttermilk to luke warm to room temperature oatmeal, mix well and apply to clean damp face.

Let dry about 20 minutes. Rinse well with cool water, pat dry. Enjoy your refreshed skin. You may also add a teaspoon of honey to this concoction if desired.

Ease Your Pain Massage Oil

Add 5 drops of Clove Essential Oil to 2 Tablespoons of a light carrier oil (Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil). Massage onto tired achy muscles and relax… Store any left over massage oil in a small glass container with lid.
